BAScloud 
A central data platform bears special responsibility for security, availability and data sovereignty. BAScloud is designed as an enterprise platform for productive use with large real estate portfolios, many concurrent users and tenants.
Protection
BAScloud processes building and operating data according to high security standards. Access is transmitted in encrypted form, data is stored in a structured way and permissions are enforced consistently – the basis for trusted use in sensitive real estate portfolios.
Infrastructure
The platform is hosted in a professionally operated infrastructure and monitored continuously. This keeps the data supply reliably available – even under high load from many buildings and systems connected at the same time.
Sovereignty
Even though BAScloud processes data centrally, data sovereignty remains with the owners and operators of the respective buildings: the customer decides who may access which data – traceable and exportable at any time.
Growth
The platform architecture is designed for growth – from individual buildings to international portfolios with thousands of connected data points. New buildings, tenants or target systems can be added without changing the existing infrastructure.
Already in use today: over 1,950 buildings and more than 70,000 standardised data points.
Structure
BAScloud is built for multi-tenancy at enterprise level: several companies, portfolios or organisational units can be mapped on the same platform, cleanly separated from each other – with their own data, roles and permissions per tenant.
Access
Access to data and functions is controlled via a differentiated role and permission concept – down to the level of individual buildings, data points or functions. This gives every user exactly the permissions required for their task.
Monitoring
The status of the data supply is monitored continuously: failures of individual data sources, delays or irregularities are detected before they affect downstream systems and analyses.
Redundancy
The platform is designed for reliability – with redundant infrastructure, continuous monitoring and automated recovery mechanisms. This ensures a continuously available data supply even in the event of technical faults.
